Hotel Florencia Plaza Medellin, Medellin

The hotel had a bit of a rough start with its location seeming sketchy and our initial room not matching our expectations. However, we quickly found that the staff was incredibly accommodating, and our upgraded room with a balcony made a huge difference. The area is filled with restaurants and bars, which is great for dining, but it is a bit of a trek to the main tourist spots. Overall, it turned out to be a delightful stay with nice amenities and a solid breakfast.

I had a nice stay at this hotel, although it took a while to warm up to it. I had a great experience staying at this hotel for three nights. The central location in El Poblado made it easy to explore with numerous restaurants and shops nearby.
